I've just experienced this for the first time.
Nothing happens when I try to load the help file from within Debrief. There's a busy cursor for a couple of seconds, then nothing.
Looking at the .log shows a Jetty null pointer exception.
Had a look at the plugins section of Runtime configurations, and Jetty is selected already. Tried filering for help, and saw that the help.webapp wasn't selected. Selected it, then clicked 'Add required plugins' - after which 3 other plugins were loaded.
Then it worked just dandy.
